Company Contacts for The Electric Division maintains copies of rate schedules and riders for review at the Dobbs building in downtown Raleigh from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. as public records. For copies of rates and riders from electric companies operating in North Carolina subject to rate regulation by the North Carolina Utilities Commission, each company has a point of contact that will provide rate books at a nominal administrative cost. Those contacts at the various companies are listed below. Municipal and Cooperative rates are not regulated by the Commission.
